Our Car Diffusers are designed with high-quality fragrance oils to deliver exquisite, flame-free and uninterrupted aromas. 

Our vent diffusers are available in our clear glass jar. The diffuser comes with a plastic stopper plug, vent clip, wooden lid and 2 wooden diffuser sticks. Diffusers are available individually, however we do have refill bottles available for purchase.

Individual Diffuser: Includes our Car Diffuser Jar that holds about .3oz  of your chosen fragranced blend and measures about 1.02" (H) x 1.8" (W).

Our Diffuser Base is non-toxic, Di Propylene Glycol (DPG) free, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) compliant in all 50 states, made with 50.1% renewable resources and is 100% biodegradable.

 

How To Use:

Vent Diffuser- When you're ready to start using your diffuser, simply unscrew the wood cap and remove the plastic stopper (do this in an area where the oil will not spill onto any fabric or surface that may get damaged). Next, put the vent clip around the bottle opening and place the wood lid back onto the bottle and screw it on securely. Next insert the two wooden sticks into the holes on top of the wooden cap. Gently tip the bottle at an angle so that the oil can soak into the wood cap (turning the bottle as you tilt). Lastly, place the vent diffuser at a 90 degree angle on your car vent. Make sure the bottle is secure to avoid leakage. 

Wash your hands if you come into contact with the fragrance blend. *Warning: Over-saturation can cause leaking, which may damage surfaces. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, textiles and furnishings. 

While hanging items in your rear view mirrow is fine in most states, some states have laws against this. Please check the laws in your current state before hanging your diffuser. If this is the case there are plenty of other areas in the car with which you can hang your diffuser. When hanging your diffuser from the rear view mirror be sure that the bottle will not swing and hit the windshield and is not obstructing your view.  

Our diffusers typically last for several weeks up to several months depending on the amount of fragrance used and the weather. Scented oils tend to evaporate more quickly in warmer weather, so you may notice that your scents fades faster in the summer season. Once you are done with your oil, you may refil your jar with more scents!

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns at this time.  If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we genuinely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email thatsmycandle@mom2jax.com with your order number and details of the damaged or faulty products and we will replace it for you.
 

At the present time, we ship out of  Pelham Manor, New York. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take a little longer. Our products are carefully packaged using the necessary packaging to ensure a safe and speedy delivery. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage while in transit. However, in exceptionally hot temperatures, your natural wax products may soften or melt slightly. Please be sure to allow the candle to cool at room temperature for 24 hours before lighting to ensure the integrity of your burn. We also recommend getting packages inside as quickly as possible during times of extreme heat or cold temperatures.

To prevent fire and serious injury:

Candles:

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Never burn longer than 45 min - 4hour intervals (depending on the size of your candle). Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.

Wax Warmers & Melts:

Please follow insturctions for yur particular warmer. Simply add a melt or two (depending on melt size) to the top of an electric or tea-light tart burner to melt. The wax can be re-melted until it is no longer fragrant. Each melt lasts approximately 9-18 hours (times will vary depending on the size of your melt).

Reed Diffusers:

WARNING
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, surfaces, and furnishings. Keep away from heat sources. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not consume.

INSTRUCTIONS
Place reed sticks into diffuser bottle to absorb the fragrance oil. Do not rotate the reeds. Wash hands thoroughly if you come in contact with the fragrance oil.

Please know that each Item is carefully handmade by me. Because all of these items are handmade, they may have slight imperfections such as: minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off-centered label, modest frosting, tiny markings on the outside of the jar or top of the candle wax, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle. Additionally, using a mixture of soy and coconut wax yields much softer and delicate candles and melts. Please also be aware that some fragrances promote rusting of the inside of the candle tins (another normal scientific process).
