These clear straight glass jars with black metal screw caps are a versatile accent piece to any decor. These beautiful candles are available in several scents and labels. The jar itself is 8oz and holds about 7oz of fragranced wax.  Candles come with our current Mom-2-Jax Candles, Inc. label indicating fragrance, wax type and wax weight. Please note that we frequently update the look to our candle labels, so they may appear slightly different than what you see pictured online. To customize your label or to add one of our more humorous labels that you may have seen online or on our social media pages, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Made with a natural coconut soy wax that is eco-friendly and hand poured into a reusable glass jar. We use CD cotton wicks that are lead and zinc free and high quality fragrance oils in all our candles. Each 6.5oz candle burns approximately 44-57hrs.

Before you light your candle, please trim your wick to a 1/4 of an inch and place it on a level, heat safe surface/container. Keeping your wick trimmed will avoid your candle from burning too hot and prevent soot. Particularly for their first burn, candles are supposed to burn for at least one hour per inch of container diameter. However, do not burn your candle for more than 4hrs at a time. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains, DO NOT burn your candle all the way to the bottom of its container. Please burn your candle with proper care. Mom-2-Jax Candles, Inc. is not responsible for improper candle use. Please message me if you have any questions regarding your candles.

Unfortunately, we do not allow returns at this time.  If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we genuinely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email thatsmycandle@mom2jax.com with your order number and details of the damaged or faulty candle and we will replace it for you.

At the present time, we ship out of  Pelham Manor, New York using USPS Priority Mail. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take a little longer. Our candles are carefully packaged using Polystyrene (30% recycled) packing peanuts. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage while in transit. However, in exceptioinally hot temperatures, your natural wax candle may soften or melt slightly. Please be sure to allow the candle to cool at room temperature for 24 hours before lighting to ensure the integrity of your burn. 

To prevent fire and serious injury:

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Never burn longer than 45 min - 4hour intervals (depending on the size of your candle). Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.

Please know that each Item is carefully handmade by me. Because all of these items are handmade, they may have slight imperfections such as: minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off-centered label, modest frosting, tiny markings on the outside of the jar or top of the candle wax, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle. Additionally, using a mixture of soy and coconut wax yields much softer and delicate candles and melts. Please also be aware that some fragrances promote rusting of the inside of the candle tins (another normal scientific process).
